摘要
给出了基于PC+USB+DSP的高速雕铣机开放式数控系统的结构,描述了电机控制模块、USB与DSP连接模块、USB驱动软件及DSP运动控制软件的设计与实现。系统可以实现对数控代码的译码和驱动三个轴高速、高精度运动,具有允许用户写入底层运动控制算法的优点。
The configuration of an open architecture NC system based on PC and USB and DSP for engraving and milling machine is presented. The driving motor control circuit, USB & DSP connecting circuit and the design & realization for USB driving software & DSP motion control programs are all described. The best advantage of this NC system is that users could easily rewrite the controlling algorithm by programming.
