摘要 目的探讨膝关节损伤低场磁共振成像(MRI)表现及其临床应用价值。方法对230例经临床或手术证实的膝关节损伤患者的MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果半月板损伤108例,韧带损伤81例,骨折47例,骨挫伤162例,关节软骨骨折26例,合并关节积液178例,多种损伤可同时出现。结论低场MRI能较好地显示膝关节的半月板损伤、韧带损伤、关节软骨损伤、骨折、骨挫伤及关节腔积液等改变,对临床有指导意义。 Objective To discuss magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of knee joint injury and evaluate its clinical application value with low field MRI. Methods Two hunderd and thirty patients with knee joint injury confirmed by clinical operation were retrospectively analyzed and summa rized through reviewing their MRI features. Results Among 230 cases of knee-joint injury, meniscus injury was found in 108 cases, ligament injury in 81, fracture in 47, contusion of bone in 162, articular eartilage fracture in 26, and associated intraarticular effusion in 178. Many patients presented the coexistence of multiple injuries. Conclusion Low field MRI could dearly demonstrate the lesions in the knee joints, including the injuries of meniscus, figaments, articular cartilage, fracture, the contusion of bone and intraariicular effusion, and have instructional significance for clinic.
