摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)在肾动脉狭窄(RAS)诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对110例临床怀疑RAS的患者行肾动脉MSCTA,所有横断面图像行薄层后传输到后处理工作站,包括电大密度投影、遮盖容积重建、多平面重组及仿真内镜。结果所有患者均获得了满意的肾动脉MSCTA图像。110例患者中MSCTA显示肾动脉正常的83例(共262条),肾动脉狭窄27例(共29条)。结论肾动脉MSCTA合理的成像及综合的图像分析能清楚显示肾动脉并对肾动脉狭窄部位、程度及周围解剖关系作出诊断,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) for the examination of renal artery stenosis. Methods MSCTA of renal artery was performed in 110 patients with suspected renal artery stenosis. Three dimentional postprocesses (included MIP,VP,MPR and CTVE) were done after the axial images were obtained. Results Satisfying MSCTA images of renal artery were obtained in all cases. In the 110 cases, 262 +29 renal arteres, included 262 normal arteries and 29 stenotic arteries, were clearly visualized by MSCTA. Conclusion By sensible image technique and compressive image analyse, MSCTA is able to make a reliable diagnosis of the location and extent of renal arterial stenosis. Besides, MSCTA has an important role in clinical application.
