Constructing a harmonious society is a systematic project, in which the college students are important forces. Strengthening the college studentstndividual education is the essential requirement in the construction of the harmonious society. It includes education of individual psychological quality, education of psychological health and the fostering of innovative ability. The college educators, guided by the concept of harmony, should put students first, promote good individual freedom and its development so as to foster the innovative talents for the construction of the harmonious society.
