摘要
本文提出了一种基于无线网络的远程船舶机舱监控及故障诊断系统的设计方法和思路。详细介绍了船舶机舱监控系统的总体结构以及软硬件组成,给出了基于粗糙集的逻辑故障树诊断方法和流程。本系统实现了对船舶运行状态的远程监控和故障诊断,大大提高了船舶航行的安全性和自动化水平,降低了系统成本,提高资源的利用率。
This paper puts forward a method for designing a remote monitoring and control system of the ship engine room based on the wireless network. It introduces the system overall construction as well as the composition of its software and hardware in detail, and gives a trouble-shooting method and process based on rough sets and fault tree. This system has realized the remote monitoring and control of the ship operation and its trouble-shooting, greatly improving the safety and automation of navigation and reducing the system cost.
