摘要
通过多年的"集成电路CAD"和"集成电路综合课程设计"的教学基础上将两门课程进行有机结合的教学实践,笔者分别对"集成电路CAD"的授课定位和教学内容改革作了介绍,提出了课堂讲学和课外研学相结合的教学模式。我们在课堂中主要讲授理论知识,将上机实验安排在课外。学生可以自主选择内容并完成研学报告。在"集成电路课程设计"中,采用以实际案例的逆向剖析和正向设计相结合的实践环节改革。通过两门课程的教改实践,学生能在IC设计理论和实践结合的能力上得到提高。
After years of teaching IC CAD and course project, this paper presents a style of teaching mode unified and integritied with the two courses. IC CAD teaching model combines the classroom lectures and extra-curricular research study. Teachers teach the theoretical knowledge in classroom, and experiments are carried out after class. Students can select their own contents and complete the research study report. And the curriculum design of integrated circuits will be taken, the practice of reform combining of actual cases of reverse design analysis through teaching practice of the two courses, students in the IC design enhance the ability of combining theory with practice.
