The research learning （RL） mode cultivates the college students＇ innovative spirits. As a kind of advanced education theory, RL is applied to the preparation course of undergraduate electronic design competition, and great awards are achieved in various competitions. RL mode is an important way to cultivate the college students＇ innovative spirit, practice faculty, and education for all-around development. RL mode embodies question study, practice learning, opening study, cooperative learning, and changes single traditional education mode of paying more attention on theory than abilities.
