Study on the Market Structure and Transaction Mechanism of Gold Coin Investment in China

我国金币市场作为一个新兴的投资领域,学术界的研究并不深入。文章运用市场微观结构理论论述我国金币市场的运行机制,主要阐述我国金币市场结构及交易机制,分析我国金币市场运作的特殊性。最后得出了我国金币市场流动性不足、缺乏合理的回收机制等相关结论,并提出了实行挂牌交易方式、构建合理回收机制等相关政策建议。

As the gold coin market in China is a newly-invested field, the studies on it are inefficient in the academic world. This study uses microstructure theory to analyze the operating and transaction mechanism of gold coin market in China and the speciality of its gold coin market operation. It is concluded that China＇s gold market is lack of liquidity and reasonable repurchase mechanism. Some suggestions such as nominal quotation and reasonable repurchase mechanism construction are proposed for solving above problems.
