摘要
在当前房地产业遭遇寒冬的大背景下,如何进行房地产投资,如何提高投资效率是最为重要的问题。文章通过分析河北省1995年—2006年房地产投资用途结构,找出目前河北省房地产投资用途结构存在的问题并提出优化途径。
How to invest on real estate and how to improve the efficiency of investment are the most important things during the depression period of real-estate industry. Based on the application structure of real-estate investment in Hebei in the period of 1995-2006, this paper elaborates the problems in the application structure of real-estate investment and provides some suggestions on optimizing it.
