长三角地区循环经济推进效果实证研究

An Empirical Study on Circular Economy in the Region of Yangtze River Delta

文章运用文献归纳方法,归纳出一套包括3个层次、16个具体指标的区域循环经济评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用多指标排序法对长三角(上海、江苏、浙江)的循环经济推进效果进行评价与比较。结果表明,长三角区域的循环经济推进总体态势良好,但与地区GDP增速相比仍然存在不足。比较研究得出,上海市循环经济推进效果最好,浙江次之,江苏殿后。

The evaluation of circular economy is an important part in the system of circular economy theory. Based on the literature induction, this study concludes an index system, which includes 3 levels and 16 details indicators. Then the multi-index ranking is employed to evaluate the promoting effect of circular economy in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. It is indicated that the overall promotion of circular economy for the three provinces is good, but when compared with their GDP growth rate, the promoting speed of circular economy is relatively slow. Study indicates that Shanghai has the best circular economy promoting effect, followed by Zhejiang, and Jiangsu is the final.
