摘要
从介绍可持续增长率(SGR)并分析一系列可持续增长模型入手,考查融资结构优化对于实现企业财务平衡增长的重要性,并将经济增加值(EVA)融入SGR中,借以构建EVA与SGR整合的融资结构优化模型,从而实现企业资源合理配置与价值持续创造的双赢。
Through analyzing the sustainable growth rate and sustainable growth models, this study elaborates the importance of financing structure optimizing for realizing the increase of business value. The economic value addition （EVA） is integrated into sustainable growth rate（SGR） so as to establish financing structure optimizing model of EVA-SGR integration and realize reasonable business resource deployment and sustainable value creation.
