摘要
为了形成和发展资源科学，应使其在学科体系中得到认可，本文从必要性、难点与有利条件、具体建议等３方面阐述了设立“资源科学”的想法。
In order to form and develop resources science and make it a discipline recognized in the academic systems, the paper expounds the thought to set up the new discipline termed 'resources science' from a point of view of necessity, difficulties and favourable conditions as well as detailed propositions.
