摘要
采用哈尔滨工业大学开发的轮胎有限元分析专用软件,考虑了单元类型和边界约束以及材料参数等问题,建立有限元分析静态模型,对采用不同设计方案的12.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎进行有限元分析,模拟轮胎静态加载工况下胎肩部位和胎圈部位应变能与应力情况。计算结果与试验结果基本相符,采用优化方案生产轮胎可以提高轮胎综合性能。
The static state model was established by using the tire FEA special software developed by Harbin Institute of Technology, in which the cell types, boundary restriction, material parameters and so on were considered. The strain energy and stress of both shoulder and the bead under the eondition of static loading of different designs of 12.00R20 TBR tire were simulated. The calculated results matched well with the testing results, and the comprehensive properties of finished tires could be improved by using optimized scheme.
