摘要 介绍14.00-24 28PR矿山型加深花纹工程机械轮胎的设计情况。结构设计:外直径1400 mm,断面宽345 mm,行驶面宽度335 mm,胎圈着合直径610 mm,胎圈着合宽度254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.883 5,花纹深度45 mm,花纹周节数30。施工设计:胎面采用四方五块结构,胎体和缓冲层帘布分别采用12层2100dtex/2V1锦纶66帘布和3层930dtex/2V3锦纶6帘布,胎圈采用三钢丝圈结构,采用半芯轮式Φ830 mm成型机头成型,立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能达到设计和国家标准要求。 The design of 14.00-24 28PR mine OTR tire with deeper pattern was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 400 mm, cross-sectional width 345 mm,width of running surface 335 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 610 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0. 883 5,pattern depth 45 mm,number of pattern pitch 30;in construction design, the following processes were taken: four-formula and five-piece extruded tread,12 layers 2100dtex/2V1 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply,3 layers 930dtex/2V3 nylon 6 cord for breaker ply, three bead wire ring for bead structure, using the semi-core-ring drum diameter of 830 mm to build tires, and using the autoclave to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the overall dimension and physical properties met the requirements of design and national standard.
