摘要 乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase)催化乙酰辅酶A生成的丙二酸单酰辅酶A,是脂肪酸合成和代谢中起重要作用的中间代谢物。植物中的ACCase有两种类型:同质型ACCase和异质型ACCase,其中由四个亚基组成的异质型ACCase与长链脂肪酸的合成有关,是脂肪酸合成途径中的关键酶。本文对ACCase的类型、结构、功能进行了综述,并对ACCase基因的研究现状以及在基因工程方面的应用进行了探讨。 Acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase), which catalyzes acetyl-CoA carboxylation to produce rnalonyl-CoA, is an important intermediate metabolite in fatty acid synthesis and metabolism. There are two types of ACCase in plants: homogeneous ACCase and heterogeneous ACCase. Heterogeneous ACCase which composed of four different subunits was related to long-chain fatty acids synthesis and was the key enzyme in fatty acids synthesis. In this article, types, structure and functions of ACCase were summarized, research status of ACCase gene and its application in genetic engineering were also discussed.
