摘要 为降低环境温度对石英挠性加速度计测量精度的影响,从工程应用角度设计了加速度计温度建模试验环境和试验方法。为加速度计设计独立的温控装置,验证了加速度计温度特性具有重复性的基础上,在多个温度点下采用四位置翻滚试验对加速度计进行标定,利用线性拟合方法建立了加速度计零偏和标度因数的温度模型。应用该模型对加速度计进行温度补偿后,可使加速度计的测量稳定性精度提高5.55倍。将所建温度模型应用于捷联式惯性导航系统中,可有效提高系统的导航精度。 For decreasing the impact of temperature on quartzose flexible accelerometer, the temperature modeling experimentation method was designed. Firstly, the temperature control system of accelerometer was found. Then the accelerometer was calibrated at several temperature levels through four-position rolling after the repeatability of accelerometer temperature character was verified. Finally, the temperature models of bias and scale factor were found by linear fitting. The application of the models shows that the measure stability of the acceleromcter is improved about 5.55 times, and the navigation precision of strapdown inertial navigation system is effectively improved.
