摘要
教育的终极目的是培养人,大学作为一种高等教育机构具有多种功能,但其最核心的功能还是人才培养。因此大学的本质与功能应体现在人才培养方面:首先大学是训练和培养人的智慧的机构;其次大学是以文化的力量造就学生;第三大学是以培养和谐的人为终极目标。
The ultimate function of education is to cultivate people. As a higher educational institution with multi -functions, the core function of university lies in talents cultivation. Therefore, the essence and function should embody in such aspect： firstly, the institution of training and cultivating wisdom ; secondly, nourishing students with forces of culture; thirdly, establishing the terminal target as cultivate harmonious talents.
