Maintenance Organization Modeling Method Study by Use of Petri Net

在分析维修机构的任务、过程和资源等建模要素的基础上,提出了面向任务的维修机构性能建模框架。分析比较了离散事件系统建模方法,提出了Petri网在维修机构建模中的优势。研究了维修机构基本建模元素的Petri网实现方法和系统冲突的三种消解策略,包括变迁优先级、可实施谓词和随机开关。为提高建模效率和简化模型结构,提出了系统合成、逐步求精和逐步抽象相结合的Petri网系统建模方法,研究了模型的解析和仿真分析方法。该方法满足维修机构形式化描述和定量性能分析的需要,可进行维修保障效果分析与优化。

Based on analysis of maintenance organization modeling elements such as task, process and resource and so on, the task-oriented performance modeling framework was proposed. The modeling methods of discrete dynamic event system were analyzed and compared, and the advantage of Petri net in maintenance organization modeling was put forward. The basic elements modeling method by use of Petri net was studied, and 3 kinds of elimination means of the system conflict control rules were also studied, which included transition priority, transition enabled rule and transition switch. In order to improve the modeling efficiency and simplify the model structure, a kind of Petri net system modeling method was proposed, which included system composition, gradually elaborateness and gradually abstraction. At last, the Petri net model analysis method and its simulation application were studied. The method can meet the requirements of maintenance organization formal description and performance analysis, and it can be used to perform analysis and optimization of maintenance support effect.
