摘要 为了保证将履带式自行火炮负重轮轮毂材料由钢质改为铝合金以后强度和刚度满足要求,首先采用有限元法计算原钢质诱导轮的刚度和强度,然后找出需要加强的薄弱部位并进行适当的修改,再计算材料改为LC4铝合金和结构修改后的刚度和强度,直到安全系数达到规定的范围为止,并对其进行了模态分析。计算结果表明,经过温挤压工艺制造的LC4铝合金负重轮轮毂既可保证安全,又可大幅度减轻质量。 After bogie wheel hub material of tracked self-propelled gun was changed from steel to LC4 aluminum alloy, in order to assure the stiffness and strength to meet the requirements, the original steel bogie wheel hub' s stiffness and strength was firstly calculated by FEM, the weak position required to reinforce was secondly found out and modified properly, and then the bogie wheel hub's stiffness and strength of LC4 aluminum alloy was calculated and improved until strength safety coefficient up to the prescribed limit. Lastly the modal analysis of bogie wheel hub was performed by means of ANSYS. The calculated results indicated that the LC4 bogie wheel hub produced by warm extrusion technique can not only obtain excellent mechanical properties and good safety, but also greatly decrease the mass of bogie wheel.
