实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术及其在医学生物监测中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 传统聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术在应用中,由于PCR产物需经过琼脂糖凝胶电泳和紫外线检测.产物易污染造成假阳性,且只能做到定性检测。近年来出现的核酸定量PCR技术,尤其是实时荧光定量PCR(real—time fluorescent quantitative PCR,FQ—PCR)技术,实现了PCR由定性到定量的飞跃。FQ—PCR技术是在PCR定性技术基础上发展起来的一种核酸定量和分析技术,该技术融汇了PCR的高灵敏性、DNA杂交技术的高特异性和光谱技术的高精确定量优点,且操作简便、污染少,已成为分子生物学等许多研究及应用科学中的重要工具.
