关于组织机构代码工作的思考

8年来，全国组织机构代码工作取得了重要成果。但在改革大潮的冲击下，也出现了许多矛盾。文章认为，代码管理部门首先必须管好代码；应把系统建设和代码的强制推行作为今后工作的重点；要高度重视县级代码工作；妥善处理事业与利益的关系，加快代码管理的立法。

Foreight years, the national organization code work has achieved important success. But there are many contradictions revealed because of the affection of reforming. The writer considers that the departments of code management must do theirwork well, and take the work of system building and code compulsory implementing as a focalpoint, pay more attention to county code work, handle the relationship between career and benifit carefully and skillfully, so as tO speed up the legislation on code management.
