摘要 现有的用于测力锚杆的应变仪器精度差,只能人工记录测量数据,无法准确反应巷道的受力情况。针对以上问题,文章介绍了一种矿用便携式锚杆静态应变仪的设计,分析了应变测量的测量原理,并主要阐述了应变仪的信号调理电路设计及其软件程序设计。试验结果表明,该应变仪测量精度高、稳定性好,具有汉字显示、操作简单等特点。 The existing strain gauge used in measuring anchor has bad precision, its measuring data only can be recorded manually and it canr t response force conditions of tunnel accurately. Aiming at the above problems, the paper introduced design of a portable static strain gauge for anchor used in mine, analyzed measuring principle of strain measurement, and expounded designs of signal conditioned circuit of the strain gauge and its software program. The experiment result showed that the strain gauge has high measuring precision and good stability with characteristics of Chinese display and easy operation.
