摘要
对桑黄液体培养菌丝体过程中产生的7种胞外酶活性进行了测定.酶活性的强弱表明了菌丝体生长过程中对外部营养的吸收利用情况,其中淀粉酶活性变化表明桑黄具有降解多糖类物质的能力,CMC酶、纤维素酶活性变化表明桑黄具有降解纤维素酶的能力,漆酶、愈创木酚酶及多酚氧化酶活性变化表明桑黄具有降解木质素的能力.蛋白酶的活性变化表明菌丝体总酶活力的变化情况,这7种酶的高峰期交替出现,具有明显的活性变化,表明桑黄具有完整的胞外酶系,从而为桑黄的液体培养研究提供了相关的依据.
Seven extraeellular enzymes activities of myclia in submerged Phellinus igniarius culture medid were investigated. The change of diastase activity indicated that Phellinus igniarius has the capacity of decomposed amylose, the change of CMC enzyme activity and cellulose enzyme activity also indivated that it has the capacity of decomposed fibrin, and the change of laccase and guaiacol oxidase and polyphenol oxidase enzymein show that the capacity of decomposed lignin. The change of protease show that the total protease activity. The peak of seven enzyme alternated. The result showed that the mycelium of Phellinus igniarius could be cultured because of having the whole enzymic system.
