护理干预对住院网瘾青少年患者焦虑情绪的心理影响

Psychological Affection of Nursing Intervention on Anxiety of the Hospitalized Teenagers with Internet Addiction

目的用Zung氏焦虑自评量表评估病人的精神状况,探讨护理干预对住院网瘾青少年患者心理的影响,并给予护理干预,使其配合治疗,提高治愈率。方法将我科2007年12月至2008年6月青少年网瘾患者随机分为对照组(60例)与实验组(60例),对照组按精神科护理常规护理,实验组加用认知、情绪和行为护理干预。结果实验组患者经护理干预后焦虑情绪明显低于对照组,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论及时正确的护理干预可明显降低网瘾青少年患者入院后发生焦虑情绪的程度。建议对病人应进行常规的、多层次的护理干预。

Objective To discuss the psychological affection of nursing intervention on anxiety of the hospitalized teenagers with internet addiction. Methods 120 teenagers with internet addiction hospitalized from Dec. , 2007 to June, 2008 were randomly divided into 2 groups ： control group （ n = 60 ） and experiment group （ n = 60） ; routine nursing was performed to both groups and nursing intervention with cognition, mood and behavior was added to experiment group. Results After nursing intervention, the anxiety of the teenagers in experiment group was much lower than that in control group, the difference was of statistical significance （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Immediate and correct nursing intervention can obviously decrease the anxiety of the hospitalized teenagers with intemet addiction
