摘要
目的探讨社会支持对体外震波碎石(ESWL)术后排石效果的影响。方法应用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、自制调查表及健康指导执行卡,对123例上尿路结石病人分为A组、B组、C组分别于术前、术后社会支持及术后排石效果进行调查,术前根据结石部位对3组病人及家属均进行相应的健康指导,观察3组病人对术后体位、运动、饮水治疗的依从性及排石效果,所有资料采用SPSS11.0统计软件包进行统计及χ2检验分析。结果术后3组病人社会支持总分、运动及饮水依从性比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组病人术后体位的依从性、术后3天及6天排石效果比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论充分的社会支持可增强病人ESWL术后体位、运动、饮水治疗的依从性及排石效果,护士是病人住院期间最重要的社会支持来源之一。
Objective To explore the effect of social support on calculi discharging after extracorporeal shock - wave lithotripsy (ESWL). Methods 123 cases with upper urinary tract calculus were divided into 3 groups : group A, group B and group C ; investigation was mad with SSRS, the self - designed questionary and health guidance card to patients of the 3 groups on social support before and after operation and on the results of calculi discharging after operation; before operation, correlated health guidance according to the location of the calculi was made to the patients in 3 groups and their family members, and observation was made to the compliance of patients to post - operation treatment of body position, exercises and water drinking as well as the results of calculi discharging; all the data were statistically analyzed by the software SPSS 11.0 and by χ^2 test. Results The comparison of the total scores of social support, exercises and water drinking after operation among the patients in 3 groups showed out a difference with statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the comparison of their compliance to body position after operation, the calculi discharging 3 days and 6 days after operation also showed out a difference with statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Sufficient social support can enhance the compliance of the patients to the treatment after ESWL of body position, exercises and water drinking, and it plays a certain role in calculi discharging; nurses are one of the most important sources of social support for the hospitalized patients.
