摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径应用于老年股骨颈折患者的实施效果。方法将62例老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为两组进行对照研究,对照组(30例)实施常规护理方法,观察组(32例)采用制定好的健康教育路径路线图实施健康教育。结果观察组较对照组各种并发症减少,健康知识掌握程度和患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者,能促进患者更好地掌握健康教育知识,明显减少并发症的发生,提高患者满意度。 Objective To explore the performance effect of health education pathway on senile patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 62 senile patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into 2 groups for contrast study : control group ( n = 30 ) and observation group ( n = 32 ) ; routine nursing was given to control group while health education was performed along the well - designed pathway in observation group. Results There were less complications in observation group than in control group, and the patients in observation group had a better command of health knowledge than the patients in control group and their satisfaction rate was higher ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The performance of health education pathway on senile patients with femoral neck fracture can promote a better command of health knowledge in the senile patients, reduce obviously the occurrence of complications and raise the satisfaction rate of the patients.
