电子政务信息资源的高效共享可以提高政府的管理水平和效率,促进经济、社会和谐发展。随着我国政府职能从管理型向服务型转变,电子政务信息资源共享模式也应从知晓型向应用型转型。要提高电子政务信息资源共享的价值,实现服务型政府的社会公共利益的最大化,必须搭建信息资源共享平台,推进电子政务大集中,建立健全绩效考核机制和奖励补偿机制。

The efficient sharing of the E-government information can improve government＇s management and administrative efficiency,and promote the development of economy and social hamony.As China＇s government functions have changed from the management model to a service-oriented one,the sharing of information resources of the E-government should also change to be one of application. To improve the efficiency of the sharing of information resources in E-government and maximize the public interests in a service-oriented society,it is necessary to carry out the mode of E-government,and at the same time,a sound performance check-up system and incentive compensation mechanism must be established.
