Design and Implementation of Communication between the Monitoring System and Executive Equipment of AS/RS

The constitution and the software and hardware design of the monitoring system in gravitational AS/RS are presented. The way which the system communicates with PLC by the OPC interface is discussed,and the whole-process monitoring and the real-time routing, and connecting with manufacture process are got along compactly with management system. The warehouse management and automation of storage and retrieval operation are implemented. The application shows that the effect of control is improved greatly,and it can make the system more real-time,accurate and reliable.
