摘要
随着综合运输体系的不断完善,合理选择货运方式是一个复杂而重要的问题,首先针对该问题确定评价指标属性及体系,其次介绍混合型TOPSIS的算法过程,最后采用混合型TOPSIS法就货运方式选择问题进行了综合评价探讨,为相关企业决策者合理选择运输方式提供决策依据.
With the integrated transportation system continuously improved, a reasonable choice of freight becomes a complex and important issue. Firstly, the attribute and system of evaluation index to this question are confirmed. Secondly the algorithm course of hybrid TOPSIS method is presented. Finally, the hybrid TOPSIS method is taken to carry out a comprehensive evaluation on the choice of different transportation manners. It provides basis for related business decision-makers to choose a reasonable mode of trans-portation.
