Effects of Aflatoxins on Reproduction in Sows

目的观察母猪黄曲霉毒素中毒后,所产仔猪的体况、临床症状及病理变化;记录弱仔率、死亡率,探讨母猪黄曲霉毒素中毒对猪的生产性能的影响.方法经产仔长白母猪和"长白与大约克"二元杂交母猪,已经配种怀孕,随机分成2组,其中一组饲喂常用饲料(C组),另一组在常用饲料中添加0.1 mg/kg黄曲霉毒素(AF组),观察两组母猪从配种开始到产仔后10 d饲喂被黄曲霉毒素污染的饲料期间所产仔猪数量与质量.结果在母猪食用含有黄曲霉毒素的饲料后,所产仔猪的弱仔数和死亡数相对升高,几乎AF组中所有窝组都有弱仔和死亡,并且仔猪通常吮乳能力下降,甚至没有找奶头的欲望,呈现神经症状,无目地乱转,最终衰竭而死.结论黄曲霉毒素中毒后的母猪,由于毒素引发子宫内膜炎和乳腺水肿,致使仔猪成活率下降;体内残留的黄曲霉毒素又通过乳汁到达仔猪体内,加速了仔猪的死亡率,因此,母猪黄曲霉毒素中毒对于猪生产性能的影响是非常严重的,在平时要注意预防,以免造成重大损失.

Objective To observe the conditions of the piglets, which were given birth to by the sows that were poisoned with AF, including body condition, the clinical symptoms and pathological changes; to record the rate of weak piglets and the rate of the deaths; then to discuss the effects of Aflatoxins on reproduction in sows. Methods A total of pregnant sows （Large White and Large White X Landrace） were randomly assigned to two treatment groups, one of the group fed common feed （Group C）, the other used 0. 1mg/kg AF in diet （Group AF）. Then we observed the quality and quantity of the piglets which were given birth to by the sows fed with AF contaminated feed from hybridization to litter after 10 days. Results After the sows were fed with AF, the rate of weak piglets and the rate of deaths increased relatively, almost all of the sows in Group AF had given birth to weak piglets and deaths. And the ability of sucking milk of piglets were usually lower, and even it had no desire to find a nipple. And later it showed the symptoms of nerve disease, turning around aimlessly, finally it failured and died. Conclusion After the sows were fed with AF and led to endometritis and mammary glands edema, the rate of survival piglets had deduced. Aflatoxin residues in sows body arrived in piglets body through milk and accelerated the speed of the piglets＇ death. Aflatoxicosis has an severe influence on reproduction in sows. Attention should be paid to aflatoxicosis of sows to avoid big domage.
