摘要
分析了发展"绿色植保"的影响因素,阐述了绿色植保工程重要意义,提出了发展绿色植保的具体措施:加强对农药的管理和使用;实现生物防治替代化学防治;推广合理利用有机肥;持续稳定发展植保技术推广体系.
The influencing factors in developing ＂Green Plant Protection＂ are analyzed, the importance of the green plant protection project is pointed out, and the specific measures for developing green plant protection are put forward： strengthening the management and application of the agricultural chemicals; achieving biological control alternative to chemical control; popularizing the rational use of organic manure; developing promotion system of the plant protection technology continuously and stably.
