纺织职业院校高技能人才的培养与评价

Cultivation and Evaluation of Skilled Talents in Textile Vocational Colleges

从社会对职业院校学生要求的高素质、高技能出发,提出了纺织职业院校高技能人才培养的措施和思路:积极探索工学结合的理论实践综合化人才培养模式,学校与企业结合,学生在校学习与参加企业工作结合,专业知识学习、技能操作训练与企业岗位对人才的要求结合,对学生的培养与企业用人结合;加强"双师"素质师资队伍建设;协调课程设置、教材与实践能力培养的关系;抓好校内外实训基地建设,由学校提供场地和管理,企业提供设备、技术和师资支持,以企业为主组织校内实训;推行职业资格证书制度,实现毕业生的"双证融通",使学生在校期间就能积累一定的工作经验,从而大大缩短就业上岗后的适应期.并采用模糊综合评价方法对纺织职业院校学生的动手能力进行评价分析,最后提出了自己的几点看法和建议,认为纺织职业院校在加强高技能人才培养的同时,也要注重学生动手能力的评价与分析.

In view of social demand on high-quality and skilled talents of vocational colleges, measures and thoughs about cultivation of talents in textile vocational colleges are put forward as follows. Firstly, the education mode of ＂integration of working and learning＂, with focus on combining theory and practice, should be researched actively, such as the integration of sdudying in school and working in enterprise, the integration of learning professional knowledge, training professional skills and requirement of talents in enterprise, the integration of cultivating students in school and employing workers in enterprise. Secondly, cultivating qualified tachers with practical ability should be emphasized. Thirdly, the relationship among courses, teaching books and cultivation of practical ability should be harmonious. Fourthly, construction of outside and inside school skill training base should be focused on, and organizing training in school, using colleges＂ field and magement and enterprises＂ equipments, technology and teachers. Fifthly, The voca- tional qualification credentials system must be introduced, achieving combination of double certificates among graduates, which means that students can bulid up certain working experience in school, and adaptive phase at the beginning of working in enterprise can he shortened greatly. In this article, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is uesed to analyze the practical ability of students in textile vocational college. And finally several views and advices are put forward. We consider that when cultivation of skilled talents is enhanced in textile vocational college, evaluation and analysis about students＂ practical ability should also be paid attention to.
