同源相同性连锁不平衡作图构建高清晰度的QTL图谱

Construction of fine QTL mapping based on IBD-linkage desequilibrium analysis

摘要 QTL(quantitative trait loci)定位是近年来遗传学研究的一个重要内容,基于不同的遗传标记、不同的研究群体和不同的试验设计,运用标记—连锁分析可以把QTL成功地定位在染色体的某一特定区域.该法的一个明显不足是QTL图谱的清晰度必须依赖样本的规模以及标记的密度.许多研究表明,连锁不平衡分析是实现QTL精细定位的行之有效的方法.现就基于同源相同性连锁不平衡作图构建高清晰度QTL图谱的研究方法进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行了展望. QTL(quantitative trait loci) loclization has become a focus in genetic studies in recent years. Based on different genetic markers, diffierent research groups and different expriment designs, QTL can be localized to a certain region of chromosomes by applying marker-linkage analysis. However, the resolution of the QTL mapping greatly depends upon the size of the sample and the density of the marker,which is the weakness of marklinkage analysis method. Many studies demonstrated that linkage disequilibrium analysis is an effective way to implement fine QTL location.
