摘要
在网络购物这种特殊的买卖关系中,经营者与消费者之间的权利义务关系与传统购物产生了极大区别。需明确网络购物中消费者权益,保障该消费群体的利益。
Along with the development of electronic commerce, the percent of network shopping among all the using of intemet has increased gradually. In this special kind of business, the relationship of proprietor and consumer about right and duty differs from traditional situation. So, we need to identify the network shopping consumer's rights and protect their interests.
