摘要
通过现场腐蚀调查和对稠油管线腐蚀机理的研究,探索新疆油田稠油热采管线腐蚀的规律和特点。认为新疆稠油热采管线的腐蚀是土壤、水分、氧等诸多因素共同作用的结果,其中含水的高低是影响管线腐蚀的重要因素,同时防腐保温材料的质量、防腐保温结构的不合理及施工质量等也是影响管线腐蚀破坏的重要因素。因此,选用合理的防腐保温防水结构,筛选优良的耐温防腐涂料是提高新疆油田稠油热采管线使用寿命的重要途径。
In this paper,by the field investigation of heavy corrosion and study on the mechanism of pipeline corrosion,the rules and characteristics of corrosion in heavy oil thermal recovery pipline in Xinjiang Oilfield are probed into,which is caused by many factors,such as soil,water,oxygen and many other factors.One important factor is water bearing.In addition,there are some factors concerning quality and construction of pipeline.Therefore,the choice of a reasonable anti-corrosion insulation waterproof structure,temperature screening good anti-corrosion coating are important for life of pipelines in Xinjiang Oilfield.
