摘要
对在用CNG压缩机压故障原因进行分析,通过对CNG压缩机进气口及排气口压力的分析及对比,找到压缩机电流变化规律。利用PLC技术进行改造,实现压缩机运行时电流的自动控制。保障设备安全平稳运行。
Based on analysis of reasons for failure of CNG compressor,through the analysis and Comparison of inlet and exhaust pressure,the law of current change in compressor is found.It is improved by PLG technology.So the automatic cortrol of current is realized so as to keep the equipment operating safely.
