bFGF及TGF—β与良性前列腺增生关系的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 良性前列腺增生（benign pmstatic hyperplasia BPH）是老年男性的常见病和多发病，随着社会人口老年化，BPH的发病率将会越来越高。多肽生长因子bFGF及TGF—β以旁分泌及自分泌方式作用于前列腺上皮及间质细胞，在BPH发病过程中发挥着重要作用。b—FGF／TGF—β比例的平衡及两者的精细调控，可能是维持前列腺增殖与凋亡的机制之一。
