睾丸扭转34例诊治分析

Diagnosis and Treatment for 34 Cases of Testicular Torsion

目的:探讨睾丸扭转的诊治要点,提高睾丸扭转的临床诊断和治疗水平。方法:回顾性分析34例睾丸扭转的临床资料。结果:34例中,首诊误诊者14例,睾丸切除术15例,1例隐睾扭转患者行病睾切除术,行睾丸固定术19例。结论:睾丸扭转易与其他阴囊急症混淆,青少年急性阴囊疼痛应首先考虑睾丸扭转。彩色多普勒超声是常规辅助检查方法,主张尽早手术及预防性对侧睾丸固定。

Objective：To improve the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. Methods：The clinical data of 34 cases with testicular torsion were analyzed retrospectively. Results.. Fourteen patients were misdiagnosed on their primary visit. 15 cases underwent orchiectomy because of necrosis of the testicle,including 14 intrascrotal torsion and 1 crytorchidism with torsion. The other 19 were treated by orchidopexy. Conclusion： Testicular tot,ion can be confused with other acute scrotum. The sudden cute crotum pain occurres in the adolescent, and the testicular torsion must be considered prioritily. Color Doppler ultrasonography is the key to the diagnosis. Timely surgical exploration should be performed in the cases of acute scrotal problem suspected of testicular torsion. The contralateral testicle should be treated with orchidopexy.
