双侧入路双钢板固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折19例临床分析

Double-plate Internal Fixation for Intercondylar Fracture of Humerus

目的：探讨双侧入路双钢板固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的手术入路及手术效果。方法：经肱三头肌两侧入路,双钢板固定肱骨髁间骨折。结果：19例患者随访6-28个月,（平均13个月）,骨折均愈合,优15例,良3例,中1例,差0例。优良率94.7%。结论：经肱三头肌两侧入路,用加双钢板固定肱骨髁间骨折,因不损伤伸肘装置且内固定可靠,可以早期行功能锻炼,促进骨折愈合,尽快恢复肘关节功能。

Objective：To explore and discuss humeral condyle fracture of the surgical approach,fixation methods and results. Methods： After triceps bilateral approach, double-plate fixation of humeral condylar fracture was used. Results：All patients were followed up for 4-20 months （mean 12 months） ,fracture healing and excellent are 15 cases,good are three cases,one cases was ois,0 cases worse. Excellent rate was 94.7%. Conclusion：After triceps bilateral approach, because the introduction of double-plate fixation of humeral condyle fractures was not extended elbow injury and internal fixation device is reliable. Early action can be functional training,and fracture healing can be quickly restored.
