Ivor-Lewis食管癌根治术中新式营养管置入方式的疗效分析

The Application of the New Mode of Feeding Tube Placement in Ivor-Lewis Esophagectomy

目的:评价Ivor-Lewis食管癌根治术中营养管置入新方式的效果。方法:采用此种新方法放置营养管于空肠中,和术中应用空肠造瘘术放置营养管并行幽门成形及术中不放置营养管且不行幽门成形治疗食管癌病例各40例,做病例对照研究。结果:应用此种新方法放置营养管组,与不放置营养管组比较,术后胃排空障碍及返流性食管炎发生率低,术后排气时间短,术后体重减轻低,而且新方法比空肠造瘘组明显节约手术时间,术后住院时间少于其余两组。结论:本研究证明在Ivor-Lewis食管癌根治术中通过新的方法在完成幽门成形的同时放置营养管于空肠中,具有良好的临床效果。

Objective： To analyze the application of the new mode of feeding tube placement in Ivor-Lewis esophagectomy. Methods： A total of 120 patients with esophageal cancer were divided into A, B and C groups, with 40 in each group. Patients in Group A were treated with the new mode of placing nutrient canal into jejunum. Patients in Group B were treated with placing feeding tube by jejunoostomy and pyloriplasty. Patients in.Group C were treated without placing feeding tube and pyloriplasty. The effect of the treatment among the three groups was compared. Results： Patients in Group A had lower incidence of gastric emptying disorder and reflected esophagitis, less postoperative body weight loss, early recovery of bowel movement, shorter duration of surgery, and shorter hospital stay. Conclusion： The new mode of setting feeding tube is valuable in Ivor-Lewis esophagectomy.
