膜表面补体调节因子 被引量:4

摘要 衰变加速因子(DAF)、膜辅蛋白(MC)、CD59是细胞膜上存在的3种补体下调因子,它们可保护宿主细胞不受本身补体系统的损伤,在异种器官移植方面具有重大的应用价值。本文讨论这3种因子的结构、特性及应用前景。
