摘要
选用Wistar大鼠20只,随机分为对照组、内皮素1(ET1)组、ET1+硝基左旋精氨酸组和ET1+前列环素+消炎痛组,每组5只。采用氢气清除法观察ET1对肝血流量的影响以及一氧化氮(NO)和前列环素(PGI2)对ET1生物学效应的调节作用。结果显示:ET1能使肝血流量迅速降低,并且持续时间较长;NO及PGI2可部分拮抗ET1的生物学效应。
In order to study effect of endothelin (ET 1) on hepatic blood flow in rats and effect of nitric oxide (NO) and prostacyclin (PGI 2) on ET 1 biological function, 20 rats were randomized into control, ET 1, ET 1 plus nitric L arginine, ET 1 plus prostacyclin and indomethen groups. The result showed that ET 1 decreased hepatic blood flow and lasted for longer time. NO and PGI 2 may antagonize the biological action of ET 1 during endotoxemia. Therefore, the endothelium derived vascular factors may regulate hepatic blood flow.
