幼龄和老龄小鼠肝心组织中几项生化指标变化的研究 被引量:5

摘要 幼龄和老龄鼠肝、心组织中过氧化脂质(LPO),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)测定表明,幼龄鼠肝组织中LPO明显低于老龄鼠,心组织中LPO两组比较不显著(P<0.01、P>0.05);幼龄鼠肝、心组织中SOD活力显著高于老龄鼠(P<0.001、P<0.01);而GSH-Px活力明显低于老龄鼠(P<0.01P<0.01)。 The lipidhydroperoxides (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Glutathione peroxidase (GSH - Px) in the hepatic and cardiac tissues in young and aged mice were detected. The results showed that the activity of GSH - Px in Hepatic and cardiac tissues of the young mice was markedly lower (P < 0.01 and P < 0.01 ) than that of the aged mice and the LPO in livers of the young mice was also lower (P < 0.01 ) than than of the agedmice, hut the LPO difference in cardiac tissues between young miceand aged mice was of no statistic significance (P > 0.05 ). On the contrary, the activity of SOD in hepatic and cardiac tissues of the young mice was obviously higher (P < 0.001 and P < 0.01 ) than that of the aged mice, while the GSH-Px Vitality was markedly lower than that of the aged mice.
