摘要
为了研究α_2—HS糖蛋白(AHSG)基因的发育调节,我们用Northem Blot分析法,以小鼠AHSG cDNA为探针,对小鼠发育各阶段多种组织的AHSG mRNA进行研究.结果发现①在发育的某些阶级,胚鼠的肢芽和脑有AHSG mRNA存在,②12天胚鼠肝脏AHSG mRNA浓度最低,然后逐渐上升至出生后1~3个月达高峰,出生4个月后维持在1个月时的50%的水平.③胚鼠和成年鼠的多种组织都有AHSG mRNA表达,证实了肝外组织也是AHSG的合成场所.
The present study was conducted to examine the expression of α2 - HS- glycoprotein(AHSG) gene in mice during development. AHSG mRNA expression was investigated using Northern Bbt hybridization proc edure with 32p - labeled AHSG cDNA probe. The AHSG gene may have a role in differentiation since it is expressed in mouse limb buds and brain only at certain stages during development. Mouse liver AHSG mRNA was present at bw level at 12 days gestation but its level increased during the late part of gestation and peaked between 1 to 3 months after birth, then it is reduced to 50% 4 months after birth.
