Comparing the making transgenic pigs with making transgenic mice by microinjec-tion, the technological principle and experimental method were detailed in the article. It was not only summed up their both similarity, but also compared and analyzed their each differ-ence. The test result also showed that two different animals had its experimental peculiarity, technical method and distinct requires.
