摘要
采用等位酶技术,研究了新疆北部地区苜蓿属植物种群的遗传状况并与栽培的紫花苜蓿种群进行了比较。结果表明,北疆苜蓿属野生种群内的遗传多样性水平较高,每个位点的等位基因平均数为2.2,多态位点比率60%,平均观察杂合度和平均预期杂合度分别为0.587和0.435,固定指数为-0.375。由于异型交配、长期的自然选择和人工选择形成的压力,使得所有参试种群偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡,呈现出杂合体过多现象。
llozyme electrophoresis was applied to the genetic diversity of the wild Genus Medicago populations from the North of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomus Region, as a comparison, cultivated Alfalfa populations were analyzed. The results showed that the genetic diversity within populations of Northern Xinjiang were high, the mean number of alleles per locus was 2.2; the rate of polymorphic locus for each population was 60%; the mean observed and expected heterozygosities were 0.587 and 0.435 respectively; the fixation index was -0.375 on average. All the populations in this experiment deviated from HardyWeinberg Equilibrium and showed the heterozygote excess due to the stress of heterofertilization, natural and artificial selections.
