疏肝养阴法治疗分泌不足型干眼病的实验观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察疏肝养阴法对于阿托品导致的分泌不足型干眼病的治疗作用,探讨该法,即逍遥散联合生脉饮为主方对于副交感神经的调控及腺体分泌的作用机制。方法将16只新西兰白兔(雌雄各半)随机分为治疗组(A组)、对照组(B组),每组8只。对16只新西兰白兔行阿托品局部点眼造模,A组予逍遥散联合生脉饮主方连续灌胃2周,B组予生理盐水连续灌胃2周。灌胃前后两组实验兔行SIT、BUT及荧光素钠染色检查。结果A组经中药灌胃治疗后,泪膜破裂时间较B组延长明显(P<0.01)。A组泪液分泌试验滤纸湿长与B组比较增长明显(P<0.01)。造模后所有实验眼均出现染色>0分,2周灌胃后均有改善,但与B组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与造模后差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏肝养阴法可抑制副交感神经抑制后兔干眼病的发生,调节腺体分泌,能有效治疗干眼病。 OBJECTIVE To assess the role of liver-soothing medicines and yin-nourishing medicines in dry eye with tear secretion shortage induced by atropine, and to investigate the regulation of parasympathetic nerve and exudation of gland by Xiaoyao Granules and Shengmai Drink. METHODS Sixteen rabbits (male and female were respectively half of all)were divided averagely into therapeutics group (A) and control group (B). All the sixteen dry eye rabbit models were established by atropine eye drops, they were detected with SIT, BUT and chromoscopy with flourescein sodium. Group A was intragastric administrated by Xiaoyao Granules and Shengmai Drink, as group B by physiological saline.Then all reviewed. RESULTS The BUT value of group A was significantly longer than that of group B (P〈0.01). SIT value of group A was significantly higher than group B. After models established, all eyes were dyed, and were improved after two weeks, but no obvious contrast differences with group B as well as with models (P〉0.05). CONCLUSIONS Combined medicines of liver-soothing and yin-nourishing could restrain nosogenesis of dry eye with parasympathetic nerve inhibition, and regulate exudation of gland and be effective to dry eye.
