隐形切口喉结缩小术——附7例报告

Reduction operation of laryngeal prominence through invisible incision(7cases report)

目的:探索一种切口隐蔽且能最大程度缩小喉结的术式。方法:在浸润麻醉下,通过颏颈褶皱线切口入路,纵行切开颈阔肌,钝性剥离至甲状软骨,楔形切除部分软骨(不伤及甲状软骨内膜)以缩小喉结。结果:临床应用7例,男性5例,女性2例,随访3～24个月,切口瘢痕不明显,术后半年即可达到"隐形",发音及音调无改变,效果满意。结论:此方法切口隐蔽、外形恢复好,术后不影响正常的工作和生活,可帮助患者改善外形,进一步适应女性生活。

Objective To explore a hidden incision can reduce the maximum extent of surgical tuberculosis. Methods Under anesthesia,neck fold line through the submentar incision approach,vertical platysma incision ,blunt dissection to the thyroid cartilage,part of the cartilage wedge resection （excluding thyroid cartilage injuries endometrium）so as to reduce the Adam＇s apple. Results The clinical application of 7cases,5cases of male,female2cases,follow-up of 3- 24months,the incision scar was not obvious,after half a year to achieve the＂invisible＂,no change in pronunciation and intonation,with satisfactory result. Conclusions This method is hidden incision,the restoration of good form,does not affect the normal operation of the work and life,can help patients improve the appearance,and further adapted to the lives of It is characterized with masked incision and satisfactory feature.It doesn＇t affect the normal work and life after operation,it also can help patients improve the appearance, and further adapt to the lives of women.
