摘要 研究了侧柏叶有效成分酶法提取及乙醇-水混合溶剂提取过程。用测定电导率及标定有效成分含量方法反映提取规律。对提取过程中的温度、pH值、酶用量、提取时间、乙醇浓度及侧柏叶粒度等工艺条件进行了实验研究,得到优化的提取条件。提出在理论上用溶解度参数法选择提取剂及其浓度,实验结果证实与理论一致。 Using enzyme and mixed solvent composed of alcohol and water,two processes of extracting effective components from Cacumen Biotae are studied.The mass transfer regularity is reflected by measuring specific conductance and content of effective components.The extracting conditions such as temperature,pH,enzyme consumption,time,mixed solvent etc.are investigated and the optimal results were obtained.It is proposed that the extractant and its concentration should be chosen theoretically in terms of solubility parameters,the results of experiment coincides with its theoretical value.
