正畸-正颌联合治疗骨性下颌前突口腔功能间隙变化的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨正畸-正颌联合治疗骨性下颌前突病例,随着关系的改变,口腔功能间隙面积的变化情况。方法:选择25例骨性下颌前突病例,用正畸-正颌联合治疗,采用治疗前后自身对照,观察口腔功能间隙面积的改变情况,采用配对t检验。20例骨性下颌前突患者观察期内不经任何治疗,作为对照组,采用完全随机设计两样本t检验。结果:术后较术前口腔功能间隙测量值减小(P<0.05),与对照组相比,术前口腔功能间隙面积实验组和对照组无差异(P>0.05),术后实验组口腔功能间隙面积小于对照组(P<0.05),对照组口腔功能间隙术前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:正畸-正颌联合治疗骨性下颌前突可使口腔功能间隙明显减小,术后应防止发生舌咽功能紊乱,并防止复发。 Objective To study Changes of oral functional space on skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion following combined orthodontic and orthognathic treatment. Methods 25 adult skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients were treated by combined orthodontic and orthognathic treatment. All patients were taken cephalometric radiograph pre and post treatment. Oral functional space and position were observed and measured.Random t-test were performed and paired t-test were used. Results There was no significant difference in oral functional space between the normal occlusion and mandibular prognathism (P〉0.05). The oral functional space decreased after the treatment, (P〈0.05). Conclusion It showed that the combined orthodontic and orthognathism treatment would diminish the oral functional space,we should preclude the functional disorder of the tongue and pharyngeal airway and keep the stability.
